The team is seeking a dynamic company builder who has successfully led organizations through significant expansion phases.Position Summary:The Head of Growth is responsible for driving sustainable growth across the brokerage by leading identifying market expansion opportunities and optimizing the brokerage's brand positioning. This high-impact leadership role works closely with executive leadership to execute growth strategies that align with the company's vision and revenue goals and assist in structuring operational growth strategies.Key Responsibilities:Agent Recruitment & RetentionDevelop and execute agent recruitment strategies to attract top talent, new licensees, and high-performing teams (with support of an in-house Recruiter & Sales Manager)Oversee onboarding programs to ensure successful integration of new agentsCollaborate with leadership to build value propositions that drive retention and long-term engagementSeamlessly transition agents into the onboarding program with the sales departmentMarket ExpansionIdentify and evaluate new market opportunities for brokerage growth (e.g., new office locations, virtual hubs, partnerships)Research competitor activity, regional trends, and emerging opportunitiesSupport the launch of new branches, service offerings, or team expansionBrand & Marketing AlignmentCollaborate with marketing to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and digital presence in targeted marketsParticipate in and speak at networking events, real estate conferences, and community engagementsWork with internal teams to develop recruitment campaigns and targeted messagingGrowth Analytics & StrategySet growth KPIs and report regularly on recruitment metrics, retention rates, and market performanceUse data to refine growth strategies and prioritize high-impact opportunitiesMonitor industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor strategiesQualifications:5+ years of executive leadership driving revenue growth, scalable strategy, and organizational expansionProven track record of team growth and recruitment, business growth, or expansion planningStrong understanding of brokerage models, commission structures, and agent value propositionsExcellent communication, networking, and leadership skillsHighly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking capabilitiesExperience with CRM platforms and recruitment technologiesBenefits:Competitive salary + bonus structureHealth, dental, and vision insuranceProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team culture
