Role Description


We are currently seeking a dedicated General Manager for our HOTWORX location in Jacksonville, NC. In this full-time on-site role, the GM will be instrumental in driving HOTWORX membership sales, ensuring outstanding customer service delivery, and maintaining a superior workout environment. Key duties include employing effective sales strategies to achieve membership goals, enhancing client interaction through clear communication, and actively participating in social media marketing efforts to boost community involvement and generate leads

  • Proven track record in a sales position, with a demonstrated ability to lead your team meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building rapport and closing sales.
  • Deep understanding of the benefits of infrared heat and proficiency in isometric and HIIT workout methodologies.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding member experience.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate member schedules.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, with a focus on lead nurturing and community building.
