  • Analyze production data and team performance to identify areas for improvement, implementing hands-on strategies for enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, directly involving the team in problem-solving and decision-making processes to enhance ownership and team spirit.
  • Maintain and exceed safety and regulatory standards, actively participating in safety training, assessments, and ensuring a culture of safety first within all operations.
  • Serve as a role model in driving a customer-focused approach, ensuring that the team understands the importance of quality and timely delivery in customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a hands-on management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a strong focus on production and team leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with a team, leading by example and fostering a positive, engaging work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues in production and team dynamics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and developing a diverse team.
  • Knowledgeable in safety standards and OSHA regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Engineering, or related field, reflecting both theoretical and practical knowledge in plant operations. (preferred, not required)
