Pride Health is currently seeking candidates for a “Sonographer” that will provide support to our client's healthcare systems in Bozeman, MT 59715. This is a contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization

Job Description:

Job Title: Sonographer

Location: Scottsbluff, NE

Schedule: 5x8 hrs

Shift: Day

Pay Range: $2800 - $2900 Weekly gross DOE

Overview:

Position Summary:

The Sonographer plays a critical role in providing high-quality ultrasound services to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. This position involves performing ultrasound procedures, producing diagnostic images, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum 1 year experience
• RDMS and RVT required.
• BLS from AHA
• Experience in General and Vascular Ultrasound

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform ultrasound examinations and procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Assist physicians and other medical staff during exams and procedures.
• Document all necessary information for accurate interpretation, reporting, and archiving of ultrasound exams.
• Handle ancillary duties to ensure proper distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures.
• Retrieve and review previous studies and related health information to support timely performance and reporting of ultrasound exams.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of quality indicators as outlined in the organization’s strategic plan.
• Take part in call rotation to support acute care services.
