Aureon Consulting has an immediate need for a Technical Solution Architect with a strong Data background. Ideal candidate will have prior experience with AWS, Python, and Redshift technology platforms. Our client is a large organization in the insurance sector who’s growing a team that leverages technology to improve service delivery, continuously innovate, and address the multiple complexities of a heavily regulated world.

Our client operates within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and needs a seasoned Solution Architect with a robust background in data warehouse and analytics environments to join a dynamic team. This role is crucial in developing and implementing system architectures that support strategic objectives and technological vision. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an articulate communicator, and a team player capable of propelling projects forward in a fast-paced setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient system architectures that cater to our data warehousing and analytics needs.
  • Ensure that architectures are designed following best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the SAFe framework to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions.
  • Promote the adoption of AWS services, event-driven architecture, and innovative API and service designs.
  • Facilitate architectural discussions, making decisions that align with our business goals and compliance standards.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to team members on technical challenges and architectural best practices.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect role, with significant exposure to data warehouse and analytics environments.
