We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Community Manager to engage, support, and grow our online community. The ideal candidate will embody our brand voice and maintain our tone in every interaction across social channels, from comments to direct messages. In this role, you will foster a sense of connection and loyalty with our audience, proactively reach out to potential followers, and drive brand awareness through thoughtful engagement. Key Responsibilities:


  • Engagement & Customer Support: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social platforms, ensuring followers feel valued and supported.


  • Brand Voice & Tone: Serve as the voice of Amylu Foods, maintaining our brand’s tone in all social interactions.


  • Community Growth: Identify and engage with like-minded individuals and groups on social media to expand our community and increase brand awareness.


  • Follower Engagement: Develop strategies to encourage engagement, drive community involvement, and grow our follower base.


  • Partnership outreach: find and communicate with potential partners including influencers, brand ambassadors and online community members.


  • Support: Support our Sr. Social Media Manager with content calendar, ideation and management of accounts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media community management preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Traits: Proactive, responsive, and able to handle community needs efficiently.
  • Mindset: Enthusiastic about connecting with people and building community online.


Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • This position is onsite 3 days per week in our Chicago office
