Phlebotomist

Pride Health is hiring for a phlebotomist to support our client's healthcare organization in Four Oaks, NC. This is a 5-month assignment (possibility of extension or conversion).

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 1:00 pm

Pay rate: $18 to $24/hr (Pay rate depends on experience, expertise and education)

Duties:

• Performs blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups
• Performs specimen processing in a safe, accurate, and professional manner.
• Performs order entry; retrieves and verifies patient collection data and patient special notations using appropriate sources.

Education/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 to 3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
