About the role

Our client is growing, and we are hiring new team members who believe in the potential of engineered cells as medicines, who are passionate about delivering the possible to patients, and who lead with the desire to work on novel ideas. As a Clinical Scientist you will report to the Lead Clinical Scienitst to play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and analyzing clinical trials, ensuring the highest standards of scientific rigor and ethical conduct. The Clinical Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to drive our biotech projects through the clinical development process.


What you’ll do

  1. Clinical Trial Design and Implementation:Support the design and development of clinical trial protocols, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Oversee the execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  3. Data Analysis and Interpretation:Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, drawing meaningful conclusions to contribute to project decisions.
  4. Work closely with statisticians and data managers to ensure accurate and timely data analysis.
  5. Regulatory Compliance:Contribute to the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to provide updates on clinical trial progress and outcomes.
  8. Scientific Leadership:Contribute to scientific publications, presentations, and other forms of knowledge dissemination.


What we’re looking for

  • Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline with at least 10 years combined education and work experience (e.g., biology, pharmacology, immunology).
  • Proven experience in designing and managing clinical trials within a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical development processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
