Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee our Facebook advertising initiatives, manage the company's ad budget on the platform, and effectively manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system ON-SITE in Newnan, GA. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing Facebook Ad Manager, adept at budget allocation and cost analysis, experienced in CRM management, and capable of leveraging automation tools like Zapier to streamline processes. Additionally, this role involves analyzing CRM data to enhance marketing strategies and providing technical support for CRM-related issues.


Key Responsibilities:


Facebook Advertising Management:

  • Develop and execute Facebook advertising campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns for better ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated with Facebook's advertising policies and best practices.


Ad Budget Management:

  • Manage the company's ad budget allocated for Facebook advertising.
  • Analyze spending patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and reallocate budgets for maximum efficiency.
  • Generate reports to track spending and ROI on Facebook ad campaigns.


CRM Management:

  • Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, organization, and security.
  • Implement CRM strategies to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive sales.
  • Customize CRM workflows and automation to improve efficiency and productivity.


Cost Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of advertising costs, including CPC, CPM, and CPA metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization to reduce advertising costs while maximizing results.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance cost-effectiveness.


Automation Management with Zapier:

  • Utilize Zapier to create and manage automation workflows between different platforms and tools.
  • Streamline repetitive tasks, integrate systems, and automate processes to increase efficiency and productivity.


CRM Data Analysis and Process Improvement:

  • Analyze CRM data to identify customer trends, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns based on CRM insights.
  • Continuously improve CRM processes to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.


Technical Support for CRM:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and issues.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.
  • Offer training and guidance to internal teams on CRM usage and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with Facebook advertising and CRM management
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ad Manager and other advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience with budget management and cost analysis.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency to provide CRM technical support effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Facebook Blueprint or equivalent.
  • Experience with advanced CRM platforms like GoHighLevel
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for CRM customization.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the tech or digital marketing industry
