Job Description:

As the Senior Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you will lead the maintenance operations at one of the level one sites, overseeing a team of Maintenance Technicians, Engineers, Electronics Technicians, and Supervisors. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. As a member of the plant leadership team, you will lead maintenance strategies, manage large-scale projects, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.


Must-Have Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing maintenance strategies, optimizing process effectiveness, and managing maintenance budgets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices, including corrective, preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a large and diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and software.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the wire and cable manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
  • SAP PM experience.
  • Have led the maintenance department in a manufacturing location with 500+ employees.
