Here's what you'll do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of controls and electrical engineers, ensuring projects are delivered with precision and efficiency.
  • Champion the use of design pathways and tools to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain standardized code blocks, paving the way for future projects.
  • Dive into programming activities for PLC and HMI devices, bringing our products to life.
  • Spearhead value analysis and product improvement initiatives, always striving for excellence.
  • Take the lead in new product development, ensuring our offerings meet and exceed customer expectations.

What you bring to the table:

  • A technical degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (BS preferred).
  • Previous engineering experience that showcases your skills.
  • Proficiency in SCADA and HMI software like Wonderware and FactoryTalk View.
  • Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or Solidworks.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills. Plus, if you have experience with validation procedures and ISO standards, that's a definite plus
