Position Summary:

The Social Media & Email Manager will be responsible for developing and executing WaterView Casino & Hotel's social media and email marketing strategies. This role will play a crucial part in building and maintaining the casino's online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic to our website and physical location.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the casino's overall marketing goals.
• Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, “X”, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Track, analyze and present social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
• Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Email Marketing:

• Create and send targeted email campaigns to promote casino events, promotions, and new offerings.
• Build and manage email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• A/B test email subject lines, content, and calls to action to optimize performance.
• Track, analyze and present email metrics to measure open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and email marketing best practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
