Our client is renowned for its dedication to excellence in legal services and client representation, and they are seeking a skilled attorney to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview: The firm is looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Litigation Associate with 3 to 7 years of experience in handling complex regulatory compliance matters and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory issues, compliance strategies, and litigation processes, with a proven ability to manage and resolve high-stakes cases effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in regulatory compliance and litigation matters, including preparing legal documents, conducting research, and developing strategies.
  • Provide expert legal advice on regulatory compliance issues, including federal and state regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, as well as conducting discovery and participating in depositions.
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to develop and implement compliance programs and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Stay current with changes in regulatory laws and trends, and provide insightful guidance to clients and colleagues.
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and court appearances as required.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in Ohio (or eligible for admission).
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in regulatory compliance and litigation.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements across various industries.
  • Proven track record in managing complex litigation matters and achieving favorable outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
