Role Description

Papalia Home Services is seeking a full-time Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team in Boxborough, MA. As a Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Heating and Cooling systems to prevent equipment issues and ensure optimal functionality. Your tasks will include conducting system checks, cleaning equipment, replacing worn-out parts, and documenting maintenance records. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work independently while following safety protocols. Qualifications

• Ability to be trained to perform Hvac inspections, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
