Enrollment Specialist

3 Month Contract (Potential for Permanent Position)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Andover, MA


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting in an administrative/patient facing role
  • Face to face customer service experience, as well as experience answering questions from patients and their caregivers.
  • Great communication skills with patients, caregivers and physicians.
  • Outgoing personality and driven to be successful.
  • Experience with iCare or similar care management platform is a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Meet with eligible Medicare patients to enroll in CCM or RPM programs.
  • Collaborates with in-office physician staff to leverage patient flow and implement enrollment best practices.
  • Maintains focus on CCM and RPM patient enrollment, incorporating patient education, device demonstration, responding to patient questions, and enrolling patients who consent.
  • Obtains and documents consent from patients electing to enroll in programs in care management system (iCare), as well as all additional eligible patient interactions.
  • All other duties as assigned.
