This role is a hybrid support role in Minneapolis, MN.


Seeking talent with a background in packaging and some experience in e-commerce packaging solutions.


In this position, you will support core, and e-comm package development. It’s imperative that this role leads with a strong technical influence and execute with a solid business acumen grounding. This position will drive a blend of strategy development, technical execution to advance, and execute pipeline opportunities.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and execute specifications for e-comm packaging solutions and core projects.

• Build and support core initiatives through commercialization.

• Provide packaging coaching and oversight for Pet businesses by partnering with Marketing and key strategic business partners.

• Influence packaging strategy through possibilities thinking and influence adoption within business teams

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects with speed and agility to align resources with business needs

• Work effectively and safely in lab, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• BS Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience, with experience in packaging applications

• General knowledge/experience in flexibles, fiber/corrugate.

• Packaging technical excellence and project leadership experience

• Ability to manage large project workload, navigate ambiguity, and manage complexity

• Strong business influence, collaboration, and influence skills

• Demonstrates agility and flexibility


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Packaging leadership experience with proven results

• Demonstrated leadership and initiative with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across functions and levels

• Informal team leadership experience

• Packaging productivity experience

• Location – preferred to be local to Minneapolis.
