Our client is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney licensed in Maryland with 1-3 years of litigation experience. The firm specializes in personal injury and provides representation for several different matters, including motor vehicles, slip and falls, product liability, med mal, wrongful death, dog bites, etc.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and speaking with new clients and handling incoming cases
  • Attending hearings - the partners will make sure that this person has the opportunity to grow their own cases


Salary 90-100k for a 1st year and $115 for a 2/3 year


Bonus: Contingent on performance but there is usually a summer and winter bonus ($5-10k over summer and potentially another $10k in winter)


Benefits: 401k, match, profit sharing, medical, dental, health insurance, (Care First). Pay for expenses to and from court, CLE and Bar dues


Support Available: This individual will have an Assistant assigned to them. Once they’re up and running, they may add another person to support them. In addition, there is staff in the office that provides support for all of the attorneys.
