Responsibilities:


  • Install, service, repair, and commission a wide range of HVACR systems, including but not limited to refrigeration units, chillers, boilers, VRF systems, and large tonnage HVAC units in commercial spaces.
  • Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and solve HVACR system issues, promoting system reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring clear, professional communication with clients at all stages of the service process.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and standards, creating a secure work environment for both staff and clients.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all service activities, documenting diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance performed.


Requirements:


  • Residency in Phoenix, AZ, or readiness to relocate, with a stable and verifiable work history.
  • Mandatory EPA Universal Certification, with Refrigeration Certification highly preferred.
  • A clean driving record and dependable personal transportation.
  • Profound experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining diverse commercial HVACR systems.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively.


Preferred Skill Sets:


  • Factory training and certifications from recognized HVACR equipment manufacturers.
  • Experience managing large commercial projects, especially those involving intricate refrigeration needs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current HVACR technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
