Our client are a leading financial advice firm dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients. With a robust team of 100 financial advisors and 80 admin/back office professionals, they pride ourselves on commitment to excellence, integrity, and compliance.


They are currently seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team of four managers and oversee critical areas of Risk and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the administration team, ensuring effective support for financial advisors and operational functions.
  • Oversee Risk and Compliance processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with fellow managers to develop and implement efficient operational strategies.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment, driving performance and professional development among staff.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
  • Maintain licenses and certifications required for the role, ensuring the team is compliant with industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administration management, within a financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Risk and Compliance regulations and best practices.
  • Required licenses and certifications to operate within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent people management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in using financial software and reporting tools.
