Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will play a critical role in shaping the visual aspects of our email marketing campaigns, ensuring that each piece aligns with our clients' brand guidelines while also pushing creative boundaries. This position requires a blend of creative flair and technical skill, primarily focusing on the design of email templates that drive engagement and conversions. Collaboration with copywriters and strategists is a key part of this role, ensuring that design and content work hand in hand.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design stunning, on-brand email templates for a diverse range of eCommerce clients.
  • Work closely with the copywriting and strategy teams to ensure cohesive messaging and aesthetics.
  • Adapt designs based on client feedback and performance data to continually improve engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new ideas into designs to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices and email clients for a seamless user experience.


Requirements
  • Proficient in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing email template designs.
  • Experience in creating visually appealing designs that match different brand styles and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A keen interest in eCommerce and email marketing trends, with a desire to innovate and push creative boundaries.
