Sr. Owner Project Manager (OPM) / Owner Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an Owner Representative, enforcing Client Policies, Processes, and Procedures with Construction Management Firms to minimize impact on the Client
- Coordinate day-to-day construction activities in the field and ensure Cardinal Trailer presence.
- Facilitate construction coordination between internal Client groups (Site Logistics, Digital, Security, EHS).
- Manage construction project change, prevent scope creep, and escalate issues as needed.
- Oversee the Project Engineering Field Team.
- Ensure adherence to construction schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractor site presence, access management, resource logistics, and off-hours work.
