Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to keep our projects running smoothly.The RoleYou’ll take over once a sale is made—owning the job through completion. That means coordinating trades, managing timelines and budgets, and keeping Buildertrend up to date so everyone knows where things stand. You’ll usually manage 6–10 projects at once, balancing urgency with quality and keeping homeowners and teammates in sync.You will:Coordinate contractors, schedules, and materials from start to finishTrack costs, budgets, and change ordersKeep Buildertrend schedules and documentation currentWalk jobsites, solve problems quickly, and keep projects movingMaintain a clean, organized warehouseRepresent Woodmaster to clients with professionalism and follow-throughWhat We’re Looking For:Experience managing home renovation or construction projects (kitchen & bath a plus)Strong understanding of building codes and the tradesCalm under pressure—able to juggle multiple jobs and make quick decisionsOrganized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicatorComfortable with technology (Buildertrend experience a bonus)Willing to be onsite, lift materials, and keep a flexible schedule (typically 7:30–5)Valid driver’s license; company truck provided for site visitsWhat’s In It for You:Competitive pay + mileage reimbursementHealth and retirement benefits (details shared in interview)A supportive, long-tenured, high-performing teamThe chance to take ownership of meaningful projects and see them through
