Job Title: Audio Visual Technician

Location: Leavenworth, Kansas

Duration: 14 weeks

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8-hour days

Start: Mid-May 2024

Compensation: $25 per hour


Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our project team for a 14-week assignment based in Leavenworth, Kansas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and configuration of various hardware equipment, primarily televisions, ensuring high standards of work and optimal functioning of all devices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and configure televisions and related AV hardware in a commercial setting.
  • Ensure all installations meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to AV hardware.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely and successful completion of all installations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to industry safety standards and practices.
  • Manage inventory of equipment and supplies to ensure availability when needed.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in installing and configuring basic IT and AV hardware.
  • Technical proficiency with various electronic and AV systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Clean background, with no violent misdemeanors or felonies.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Tools and Equipment: All necessary installation tools and equipment will be provided.
