Join Our Team as an E&C Engineer

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the utility industry? Our client, a leading American utility company based in Minneapolis, is seeking a talented E&C Engineer to drive innovation and excellence across eight states, serving millions of customers.


Compensation and Duration:

  • Max Pay: $39.61 per hour
  • Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extension


What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Expertise: Apply your extensive technical knowledge to develop groundbreaking techniques and procedures that shape the future of utility engineering.
  • Project Management Maestro: Take charge of multiple projects, guiding them from research and design through to installation and commissioning, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Innovate and Inspire: Use your creativity to craft technical documentation and provide field engineering oversight that enhances operations and compliance.
  • Collaborate and Connect: Be the primary technical contact for significant projects, working closely with senior external personnel and internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Mentor the Next Generation: Lead and inspire a team of engineers and technicians, fostering their professional growth and technical development.
