Legal Sales Specialist - Personal Injury Launch Team (Equity Opportunity)

We are a new business launching to empower personal injury plaintiffs and are seeking a highly motivated Legal Specialist to join our team. You will play a critical role in supporting our launch and ongoing operations, leveraging your legal expertise and sales acumen to ensure our success.


Responsibilities:

Assist with tasks related to client and business formation.

Maintain existing and cultivate new legal client relationships.

Utilize specific and proprietary engagement tracking software.

Develop and implement client procedures.

Interface with personal injury attorney clients, answer questions, and explain our services (sales experience a plus).

Contribute to the development of marketing materials and client education resources.

Maintain a strong understanding of personal injury law and industry trends.

Support attorneys and other team members as needed.

Juris Doctor, Paralegal certification or personal injury experience preferred.


Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate, Juris Doctor (JD), or minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience (strongly preferred).

Proven sales experience a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases, experience with Salesforce a plus.

Passion for helping people navigate the complexities of personal injury claims.
