We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner who can confidently engage across all HR functions and thrive in fostering a positive, high-performing work environment for our client. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to leadership while executing tactical HR tasks with ease, adapting to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business units and management across the Americas to address employee matters, ensuring alignment with current and future business goals. Identify HR priorities, risks, and opportunities.
  • Address employee relations and performance issues, escalating complex matters when needed, to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with employees to navigate global and local organizational changes, maintaining high morale and engagement.
  • Champion HR strategies and policies, ensuring successful implementation within the Americas while complying with local regulations.
  • Stay current on employment laws across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America to maintain legal compliance.
  • Coordinate the annual performance review process to ensure smooth execution across the region.
  • Support Learning & Development and Talent Management initiatives to promote employee growth and development.
  • Oversee key HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and other employee lifecycle tasks.
  • Participate in special HR projects and contribute to various initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of HR advisory experience within a global organization.
  • HR certification is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently in a standalone role and effectively within a virtual team.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate across all levels, both in-person and virtually.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic, evolving work environment.
