Industrial Estimator- modular systems

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for modular system construction in oil and gas plants, including civil and industrial components.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to understand project scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to gather and validate pricing, material costs, and timelines.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options to optimize project budgets.
- Manage bid proposals, reviewing vendor quotes and preparing detailed submissions.
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- Expertise in modular construction, civil works, and industrial systems.
- Strong knowledge of estimating software and tools.
- Excellent understanding of material, labor, and equipment costs related to oil and gas projects.
- Proven track record of preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience working on projects valued at $5 million or more.
- Familiarity with oil and gas regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Base Salary $90-110K
