Currently, StaffBright has an exciting Attorney opportunity in the Metro Detroit area
What you will be doing:
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters.
- Play a crucial role in all phases of litigation, from case assessment and strategy development to trial preparation and resolution.
- Requires exceptional legal research skills, analytical prowess, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic legal team.
What we need from you:
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- JD Degree
- Experience coming from a Firm
- Knowledge and experience in Directors & Officers Insurance (D&O), Errors & Omissions Insurance (E&O), and EPL (employment practices liability) Insurance
