This position reports to one of their Directors of Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Oversees Treasury and Business Licensing/Permits teams: Team of 5 (with one lead overseeing 3 team members)
- Treasury:
- Review Account Balances and determine if any funds need to be transferred or borrowed
- Bank system Admin Assistant
- Wires: approvals, reviews, etc.
- Check exceptions and authorizations
- Communication with Banking contacts to resolve any issues or concerns
- Oversee and manage the Daily Bank Statement Cash & Credit Card deposits against the POS process.
Debt Services:
- Loan Conversion Notices to banks quarterly
- Process invoices for principle, interest and fee payments
- Work with finance on compliance obligations and regulations
- Keep Debt Schedules up to date
Licenses/Permits:
- Obtaining new location licenses and permits
- Ensuring all licenses and permits are current at all times
- Resolving any issues with license and permit renewals
