This position will provide expert-level NDT application support to the company’s US sales force as well as the Latin American distribution network, in-person and remotely.

Title: NDT Application Specialist - PAUT

Location(s): Houston, TX (Preferred); Southeastern US 

Type: Full Time, Salaried

Salary: $70k-100k/year

Travel: 50% - Domestic and International


Duties:

1. Technical Support & Sales Enablement (50%): Conduct in-person and remote product demonstrations, providing technical product recommendations matching customer needs, conduct feasibility assessments and contribute to and lead the design of custom applications


2. Develop and communicate innovative solutions (20%): Conduct studies, write articles, present at conferences and webinars, and represent the organization at policy and influencing committees


3. Create product-related documentation and product marketing tools (15%): Supporting creation of digital promotional content, product manual contribution, supporting the technical writing team


4. Quality assurance and continuous improvement (15%): Recommending product improvement, software testing and issue review


Qualifications:

Required:

1. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, both now and in the future, without restrictions

2. Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally without restriction

3. Relevant experience in PAUT/ UT NDT methods

4. Language: Must be technically fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, written and spoken

5. Physical: Must be able to perform office and field duties, sitting, walking and standing for long periods, occasionally wearing personal protective equipment and lifting minimum of 50-lbs


Preferred:

1. Native fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, written and spoken

2. BS Engineering or related field

3. Exposure to Jira software
