This is a full-time on-site role for a Truckload Broker located in Lenoir City, TN. The Truckload Broker will be responsible for managing and coordinating truckload shipments, ensuring timely delivery, tracking shipments, negotiating rates, and building strong relationships with carriers and customers. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage
• Knowledge of truckload shipping and the transportation industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in shipping software and tools
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
