This role is for the second shift. That shift starts on Sunday from 11 AM to 11 PM thru Tuesday. Then on Wednesday it would be a 4 hour shift from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

We are currently looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and highly skilled IPAM Engineer for our Technical Services team.


An IPAM Engineer’s responsibilities include performing moves/adds/changes, troubleshooting, and monitoring to achieve our business goals. The IPAM Engineer must have the aptitude to develop an expert understanding of our DDI service offerings. The IPAM Engineer will work closely with engineering, security, and IT operations teams to maintain a robust and scalable IPAM solution.


What You'll Do:

• Work with the professional services team to collaborate on customer projects

• Handle customer escalations

• Process moves/adds/changes to help maintain our customers SLA

• Provide operational support for IPAM systems, including troubleshooting and resolving IP address-related issues.

• Assist with the deployment and management of DNS and DHCP services.

• Perform maintenance activities to ensure that our managed service runs at peak efficiency

• Proactively monitor customer infrastructure to ensure that we meet our SLAs

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding IP address management matters.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices for IP address management.

You Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

• Experience with IPAM tools (e.g., IPControl, QIP, Infoblox, BlueCat, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with DNS and DHCP configuration and management.

• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or related IPAM certifications are preferred.

• A minimum of five years of relevant customer support and engineering experience

• Strong knowledge of Linux distributions, BIND DNS, ISC DHCP, ITIL, ticketing systems such as SNOW and/or JIRA, Project Management is a plus

• Strong understanding of network administration, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH, SMTP, LDAP, firewalls, routers, and other computer networking concepts

• Strong background in MySQL and Tomcat

• Working knowledge of virtual machine systems and VMware

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience working with monitoring systems like Nagios is a plus

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
