Market Data Analyst

MODUS HEALTH is seeking a Healthcare Research Analyst who will play an essential role in the creation and promotion of proprietary research reports to the financial community. This individual will be responsible for creating research insights, leveraging proprietary data and uncovering trends that provide an information advantage to MODUS HEALTH clients. Familiarity with prescription drug usage, reimbursements and drug pricing is required. Capability to be a team player is essential. The successful candidate will have proven analytic experience developing forecast models via proprietary healthcare data. This position offers direct client interaction, a challenging work environment, and the opportunity for advancement, limited only by the individual’s performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing written and oral analysis using proprietary data to enhance client analysis and product revenue projections
• Prioritizing and responding to inbound client requests and inquiries
• Working closely with internal team members to strengthen client communications and optimize service for MODUS HEALTH clients
• Creating written research summaries and oral presentations that identify and interpret significance of emerging prescription trends
• Generating new ideas to leverage proprietary research value and optimize client satisfaction

Specific requirements:

• Genuine interest in data analysis
• Strong quantitative, technical and analytical skills
• Advanced writing and communication skills may substitute for experience with exceptional candidates
• Four year college degree masters preferred

Other responsibilities will include:

• Experience working in market research or other quantitative position
• Knowledge of health and pharmaceutical industry
• Relevant experience in market research or health/pharmaceutical industry via internship or work experience
