Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Solution Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, specifically with EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service).

This role involves collecting requirements, designing, developing, testing, supporting, and maintaining complex EPM projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Design: Architect scalable and efficient EPM solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Development:
  • Develop and configure EPBCS and PCMCS applications, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
  • Strong scripting knowledge in Planning tools including PBCS, EPBCS
  • Strong hands on knowledge in EPM Automation scripting.
  • Ability to build the complex reports using MR.
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word and Power point, leverage the SmartView tool to build report and ad hoc analysis.
  • A strong presentation skill which help to leverage the business meetings
  • Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and performance of the EPM solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all phases of the project.
  • Training: Train end-users and provide support during the adoption phase.
  • Project Management: should be able to collaborate with offshore Team and lead the implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of hands-on implementation experience with EPBCS and PCMCS. Develop and configure EPBCS and PCMS applications.
  • Should have worked in minimum of 5 implementations in EPBCS.
  • Hands on experience in EPBCS (Financials, Workforce, Capital and projects) module is a must.
  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial processes and business acumen.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EPM tools, including data integration, scripting, and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Oracle EPM certifications are a plus.

Project Management: Experience in managing EPM projects from inception to completion
