What You'll Do:

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Communications Planning, Investment, Account) to understand client needs and develop actionable data science projects

·      Create clear and concise data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders and clients

·      Collect, clean and analyze client- side sales data and internal campaign performance data to build & run attribution models

·      Partner with planning and investment teams to identify opportunities for campaign improvement based on analysis

·      Build and maintain predictive models to forecast campaign performance and identify potential risks using R.

·      Managing external measurement solutions (i.e. MMM) and data inputs

·      Conduct regression and correlation analysis to measure the impact of ad campaigns on client sales (ROI).

·      Implement and manage tracking pixels and floodlights using Google Tag Manager (GTM) for performance measurement in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics platforms

·      Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning

·      Contribute to the development and improvement of our agency's data infrastructure and tools


Skills & Qualifications:

·      3-5 years of experience in data science or analytics in the media or advertising industry

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex datasets

·      Experience presenting findings and recommendations directly to clients

·      Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

·      Experience using R programming language for statistical analysis and data mining, to identify patterns, build practical models and/or develop related software.

·      Experience analyzing IRI/Circana and Nielsen sales data in the CPG industry is preferred

·      Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and implementing API connections with ad tech platforms is preferred

·      Proficiency in VBA and SQL for data querying and manipulation

·      Experience with Python for data analysis and scripting a plus

·      Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) for data storage and processing a plus

·      Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) a plus

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex data analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences

·      Collaborative team player a must

·      Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
