Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. Our company specializes in condominium exterior remediation projects, including painting, waterproofing, sealants, stucco and concrete repair, impact window installation, aluminum guardrails, and screen enclosures. With over 30 years in the industry, we offer a career growth environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects across various locations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Utilize project manuals to understand scope, specifications, and sequencing.
  • Forecast equipment, materials, and manpower needs for multiple projects.
  • Track repair quantities, manhours, and materials accurately.
  • Lead teams of 6-12 crew members on various size projects.
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and standards.


Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • Full understanding of safety procedures.
  • Experience with rigging swing stages, installing scaffolding, and competent high reach operation.
  • Skills in painting, waterproofing, carpentry, concrete restoration, stucco installation, and sealant/membrane installation.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
  • Sales/estimating experience is a plus.
