Architectural Drafter

Ground Up Construction Recruiting has partnered with Brown Church Development Group in Kearney, NE on their search for an Architectural Drafter. Brown is a design-build general contractor that specializes in building churches throughout the United States. Churches are the bulk of what they do (about 80% of revenue), and the other 20% comes from local commercial projects in Kearney.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a deadline-driven and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join the team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of technical experience, and has an understanding of how to develop construction plans and documents for churches, commercial, and industrial buildings within the building software, Revit. This role requires an individual who is not only technically proficient in construction drawings but who also exceeds expectations in team leadership and managing multiple jobs at one time.

What You Earn:

• $25/hr-$30/hr + opportunities for overtime
• Annual bonuses up to 3% of your hourly pay
