Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model and data model.
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative features, such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
  • Experience with other CRM systems or cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and custom component development.
  • Familiarity with data migration and ETL processes for Salesforce.
