Title: Senior .NET Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 9 Month Contract

Job Description:


Effectively provides Senior Software Developer level analysis, design, implementation and support to company’s business systems in order to safely optimize the amount of an agri-product.

2. Provides support to company’s end users and production software 25%

• Participates in rotating off-hours call support for supported systems

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

• Conduct performance analysis and optimization

• Continuously seeks ways to improve customer satisfaction


3. Provide Senior Level software development for assigned solutions 35%

• Lead the design and development of complex software projects

• Contribute to definition of technical roadmaps and architectural decisions

• Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices

• Mentor and coach other developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning

• Ensures appropriate security and control procedures are used


4. Professional development 20%

• Maintain and grow technical knowledge of full stack application components and architecture through training and learning opportunities

• Maintains knowledge of current trends in the industry


Responsible for system design, architecture, tech selection, road mapping, coaching the development team, and help move them forward to modern technology


Requirements:

-.NET 6,

-SQL writing queries, basic to moderate

-Be able to design and develop in the Cloud

-Up to 4+ Years proficiency using .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, XML), version control (git, TFS) and REST API’s. -

The team solutions are written in C#, VB.NET, HTML5, CSS, ASP.NET, PHP, COBOL, Synon and ABAP. Database technologies: SQL Server, Oracle

Up to 4+ Years dependable fundamentals in object-oriented design, database design, algorithms & data structures, and parallel programming

Up to 3+ Years hands-on experience with IaaS and SaaS


Nice to have:

-AS400 not necessary,

-Blzer pages nice to have, .Net core,

-Strong SQL talent

-Azure experienced preferred as currently on prem. Building in Cloud is the plan.
