Mosaics Production Supervisor

Heritage Tile seeks a Mosaics Production Supervisor to join our team in Verona, WI.

Heritage Tile is the leader in made-to-order porcelain mosaics for residential, commercial, hospitality, restaurant and retail mosaic flooring applications. We work with interior architects, kitchen & bath designers, building developers and homeowners on one-of-a-kind mosaic projects, specializing in historic preservation and traditional design.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mosaic assembly operations
• Supervise mosaic assembly specialists
• Collaborate with mosaic designers
• Manage mosaic projects from concept through assembly to delivery
• Consult with clients on installation and maintenance topics

Qualifications

• Associate degree, Bachelor degree preferred
• Prior supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds routinely
• Proficiency in Spanish language
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Photoshop, etc.)
• WI drivers license
