Job Type: Contract (6 + Months)

I am looking for a detail-oriented Order Management (Project) Coordinator to support our procurement and project cost management activities. The successful candidate will leverage Coupa to manage purchase orders, project costs, and cost flows while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Purchase Order Management:

• Create, modify, and monitor purchase orders (POs) in Coupa.
• Ensure all purchase orders are accurately entered and approved per company policies.

Project Cost Entry:

• Input and track project-related costs into Coupa.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost documentation.

Cost Flow Coordination:

• Support cost flow management, ensuring smooth movement and allocation of project costs.
• Address and resolve discrepancies in cost flow in collaboration with finance teams.

Shopping Cart Processing:

• Process shopping cart requests in Coupa, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Work closely with requestors to clarify requirements and provide support as needed.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between project teams, procurement, and finance to ensure alignment.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of purchase orders and project costs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in using Coupa for purchase orders, cost tracking, and shopping cart management.
• Strong ability to accurately input data and identify discrepancies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues related to cost flows and purchase orders.
• Experience in procurement, finance, or project management.
• Familiarity with cost flow processes in a corporate environment.
• Prior experience supporting project-based teams.
