Our team is currently looking for a creative and highly detailed Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for working directly with national real estate clients on social media campaigns, video projects and ad campaigns as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.


Job Description: As a Social Media Reels Creator at Envida Social, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, producing, and optimizing organic iphone/phone video content for our clients' social media platforms. You will work closely with our creative team to develop organic-looking visually stunning and compelling videos that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize video content ideas that align with clients' brand identities, goals, and target demographics.
  • Script, storyboard, and plan video shoots, ensuring that all aspects of production are meticulously organized and executed.
  • Film (iphone) and edit (on platform or app) high-quality videos for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Utilize creative techniques, visual effects, and editing software to enhance the impact and appeal of video content.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media and video marketing to continuously improve content quality and performance.
  • Optimize videos for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion through effective use of keywords, hashtags, captions, and metadata.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, make revisions, and ensure that video content meets their expectations and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of video campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Must be SUPER CREATIVE to create videos and stay on trend
  • Proven experience with video samples created; Please send video examples with application
  • Strong creative vision, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of basic photography techniques, lighting, and audio equipment is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous video projects and demonstrating proficiency in various styles and formats.
