The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the field of robotics and be able to offer quick, actionable insights and direction to support our ongoing projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on complex robotics projects and answer technical questions promptly.
• Guide and mentor team members through robotic system design, development, and implementation.
• Develop, test, and deploy simulation models for robotic systems using ROS (Robotic Operating System) 1 & 2, ROS2 Humble, Moveit, Rviz, and Gazebo.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate industrial robots and COBOTs into various applications.
• Design and implement forward and inverse kinematics algorithms for robotic arms and manipulators.
• Develop and optimize path planning and navigation algorithms to enhance robot performance.
• Implement Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) algorithms for autonomous navigation.
• Apply imitation and reinforcement learning techniques to improve robot behavior and adaptability.
• Utilize Nvidia Isaac Sim for advanced robotic simulations and virtual environments.
• Incorporate deep learning models into robotic systems for enhanced perception and decision-making.
• Conduct performance analysis and validation of robotic systems in simulated environments.
• Document and present findings, progress, and results to stakeholders and team members.
• Define acceptance criteria and collaborate with QA teams to ensure delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices within the team, promoting transparency, collaboration, and adaptability.
