Job Summary:


We are currently in search of a driven, forward-thinking, and team-oriented individual to join us as the Plant Manager. In this essential role within our organization, the Plant Manager will lead the charge in fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence that closely aligns with our company's overarching goals and fundamental principles.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise all facets of plant operations, encompassing production, maintenance, scheduling, and personnel oversight, to ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met according to established targets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in quality protocols and uphold a safe work environment in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Spearhead efficient operational management practices prioritizing safety, environmental sustainability, quality assurance, cost-effectiveness, punctual delivery, employee engagement, and ongoing enhancement initiatives.
  • Deploy strategic approaches to elevate operational efficiency, cultivate succession plans, mitigate errors, and optimize operational workflows.
  • Innovate, refine, and regulate processes pertaining to facility operations, customer service, and the attainment of company objectives.
  • Drive business expansion objectives through product innovation, heightened customer satisfaction, and the extension of operational capabilities.
  • Offer mentorship, oversight, and guidance to a team of 6-10 direct reports.
  • Commit to continual professional development to deepen expertise within the field.
  • Undertake additional job-related responsibilities as necessary.

It is imperative that all responsibilities undertaken align seamlessly with the company Quality Management System, including adherence to associated policies, procedures, and work instructions.


Minimum Education and Experience Criteria:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, Operations Management, Business, or a related field is required, with relevant experience being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in six sigma and lean manufacturing principles is essential.
  • Previous experience in managing an IATF certified production facility is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in metals-related management is required.
  • Preferably, candidates will possess 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing.
