  • Collaboration: Partner with HR to support regional recruiting efforts and staffing needs.
  • Risk Management: Adhere to organizational protocols to mitigate risks and safeguard resources.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on branch operations to the Director of Operations.


What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of management experience in sales, warehouse, or inventory management.
  • Proven track record in recruiting, coaching, and leading teams.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to change.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Minimum of two years' customer service experience.
