About on / Sight
on / Sight is a small, dedicated e-commerce development agency that builds stores and tools for our partner brands. We specialize in designing and developing Shopify sites and growing direct-to-consumer businesses. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs with creative problem-solving.
- Continuously improve and own the QA process, identifying ways to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Willingness to learn software testing methodologies, including automated testing with tools like Cypress.
- Experience with manual test execution, quality assurance, or web-based testing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Basic understanding of front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Extreme attention to detail to catch inconsistencies or visual defects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where tasks may shift frequently.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
