Pega Associate: Application Maintenance and Production Support

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Pega Associate with experience in handling Application Maintenance and Production Support work to join our team in Woodland Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PEGA development and decisioning, along with proficiency in Java, Python and CRM systems. This role will involve leading decision strategy designs in marketing and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class data, applications, and technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize PEGA development skills to support application maintenance and production support tasks.

Lead decision strategy designs in marketing initiatives, leveraging Pega Decisioning capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM systems and marketing software effectively.

Provide technical leadership and guidance in channel integration and real-time decision-making processes.

Analyze and understand current data architecture and infrastructure, articulating future-state solutions.

Participate in small to medium-sized teams to deliver high-quality data, applications, and technology infrastructure.

Develop and implement SQL coding, data modeling techniques, and semantic data layers to optimize campaign management processes.

Conduct advanced business analysis to identify high-level and detailed solution designs for marketing initiatives.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders through documentation, presentations, and interpersonal interactions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pega PRPC framework, including Case Management and decision-making & Marketing modules.

Required skills and qualifications:

Experience in PEGA development and decisioning, with proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.

Strong technical background with advanced business acumen, particularly in financial services.

Exposure to CRM systems, marketing software, and channel integration techniques.

Ability to endure long-term training and enablement sessions to stay updated with evolving technologies.

Demonstrated people management and team development skills.

Competency in SQL coding, data modeling techniques, and campaign management processes.

Advanced interpersonal, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Pega Decisioning & Marketing training and certification are desirable.

Pega System Architect training and certification are desirable.

Tertiary qualifications in business- or IT-related disciplines.

Professional experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Formal qualification or certification in data-related disciplines is preferred.

A postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.

Industry certifications from vendors like Teradata, Microsoft, IBM, or Oracle are highly desirable.

Knowledge of big data platforms such as Hadoop is highly desirable.
