What you can expect:

  • Drive the activities and performance of the service sales reps team in each territory
  • Help hire and grow the team
  • Set individual and team sales targets, track results, and provide ongoing training, development, and coaching
  • Oversee monthly and annual performance plans for team members
  • Formalize a career growth plan for team members
  • Develop annual sales plans and set individual sales targets for each sales rep
  • Meet planned sales goals
  • Provide guidance to each sales rep
  • Assist each sales rep to perform site surveys of mechanical equipment
  • Assist sales rep with receiving parts quotes and preparing proposals for customers with urgency
  • Works closely with the Operations Department and communicates customer needs, repair requirements, etc.
  • Track and report sales results weekly
  • Analyze data to track performance of each sales rep and the team as a whole, against established company KPIs

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of HVAC sales, service, or process improvement experience with proven success
  • 2+ years of management/supervisor experience over HVAC sales teams
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Previous experience leading and growing a service sales team


Base Salary Range: $95,000 to $98,000; Compensation package includes a base salary, monthly car allowance ($700), commissions, and annual bonus.
