Oregon Vascular Specialists is committed to providing exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in The Dalles, OR for a Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality vascular care after initial training period with Bend, Oregon. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, performing diagnostic evaluations, monitoring patient progress, wound care, and providing patient education on vascular health and treatment options. The role also involves coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment for patients.QualificationsStrong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planningExperience in interpreting diagnostic tests and recommending appropriate interventionsProficiency in patient education and ability to effectively communicate complex medical informationCapability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare settingActive Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon, with experience or certification in vascular health or a related specialty preferredStrong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to patient-centered care and improving health outcomesPrior experience in vascular care, wound care or surgery is a plus
