What you’ll do as the Part-Time Creative Producer:

Creative producer to support multiple projects across Communications Creative. Role will report to Creative Director and coordinate weekly with Sr. Project Mgr. to track team bandwidth against project deliverables. Responsibilities include estimating, budgeting and creative resourcing to effectively scope project work. Experience with vendor management and creative processes across design, photo and video.


What you’ll bring to the Part-Time Creative Producer role:

• Lead integrated, multi-channel creative production for Target Creative from concept through post-production and delivery

• Lead sourcing and negotiation of internal and external creative resources including photographers, directors, stylists, crew, editors, motion graphics, illustrators, music and audio partners.

• Demonstrate critical thinking to connect and align all work and lead production logistics with an enterprise, guest-focused mindset.

• Help build production capabilities


QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of industry experience

• Expertise in multi-media creative production including photography, live action video, animation, motion graphics, post production and radio

• Ability to manage and execute complex projects in many different stages and work with ambiguity

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Flexible to travel (weekends included)

• Four year college degree
